These products are sold through approximately 50,000 licensed professionals including independent and captive insurance agents, Allstate personal financial representatives, brokers, banks, and financial advisors. This position is in the AF Finance department on the distribution support team. This team works directly with the leadership of the different distribution channels in support of their financial needs.  The position will work closely with business partners from the distribution channels as well as other finance teams and technology groups. Responsibilities include: Process compensation and provide analysis support for sales-related compensation programs for Distribution AORs Support the relationship between the Finance department and business partners Provide financial analysis to support business decision-making Support planning and modeling units’ needs with respect to Distribution AORs or Marketing Report expense comparisons to Plan or target monthly at different business levels; cost center, project, or individual basis, and report headcount changes monthly Report sales experience regularly for internal needs and industry surveys Forecast expenses, sales and headcount Support projects such as Firm Producer Economics project and/or various other projects Provide pricing allowable analysis and sales reporting Required Skills: Analytical abilities Education and/or experience in financial reporting Spreadsheet development and use Verbal and written communication skills Time management/ability to work on multiple projects concurrently Attention to detail Computer Proficiency: Advanced — Excel Intermediate — Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, Access SAP experience a plusEducation and Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or Accounting preferred 2 -5 years related experience
