An experienced Administrative Assistant is needed to support a prominent investment firm’s fast-paced Marketing department! Join this leading team as the Assistant and utilize your well developed administrative skills to facilitate flawless operations in this beautiful Los Angeles office. Career Group Inc., premier LA staffing agency, is currently interviewing qualified candidates for this exciting position with one of our top clients. A self-starter with a natural drive to produce results will thrive taking the lead on assignments in this versatile role!
Responsibilities:
-Provide a high caliber of administrative support to answer a high volume of phone calls and relay detailed messages as needed, manage incoming and outgoing packages and faxes, and order office supplies to maintain full stocked levels.
-Review and organize important paperwork/files for accuracy.
-Process expense reports and keep original receipts easily accessible.
-Coordinate domestic and international travel including finalizing details on ground transportation and hotel accommodations.
-Monitor direct scheduling to calendars and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
-Assist with special projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
-3-5+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment is ideal.
-Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
-Exceptional Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiency.
-Performance driven work ethic to take initiative on detail-oriented assignments.
-Professional demeanor and the utmost level of poise under pressure.
-Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
-Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills to complete projects in a deadline-driven environment.
