BPS&M is looking for top level candidates interested in continuing their education as they work in the highly energized environment of a Fortune 100 company.Job Qualifications:Work with a team, led by a senior consultant, in a stimulating and highly competitive environment to:•perform data collection, asset analysis, nondiscrimination testing, data scrubbing, benefit calculations, and preparation of government filings under consultant supervision•provide support for consultants•identify areas for client service improvement and support consultants to implement process changes•work toward direct interface with clients in the administration of retirement plans•attain individual revenue and profit plan with specific billing and efficiency goals Minimum Qualifications: •BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university•degree in math or actuarial science preferred (degree in economics or finance considered) with at least a 3.5 GPA•passed at least one exam in the SOA exam syllabus – preferably 2 passed•ability to articulate ideas verbally and in written form•ability to think critically – to identify improvements to processes and service delivery•ability to perform detail oriented work with accuracy and consistency•ability to function responsibly in a professional office environment Preferred Skills: AccessVBA programmingPowerPointLocation:The Pension Analyst I position is offered in the Louisville, Kentucky office of BPS&M.
