Payroll Implementation Specialist

This very important person will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality payroll services for the clients of a well-respect benefit administrator in the Hunt Valley area. This person will be overseeing the process of obtaining information for payroll production and tax-related issues; verifies totals, responds to/resolves client issues/questions and delivers exceptional customer service.This candidate will have knowledge of payroll and tax laws, will be comfortable enough to conduct client training on payroll system, always keeps abreast of any payroll changes in wage and tax laws and corresponds with federal, state and local agencies on behalf of the clients you work with.Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy. Candidate will have experience in a windows-based computer environment.
