Payroll Implementation Speciaist

BASIC FUNCTION:

  Accountable and responsible for managing all aspects of quality payroll service for clients. Oversees process of obtaining information for payroll production and tax related issues; verifies totals, responds to/resolves client questions and problems and delivers quality customer service.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain client information for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy of data.Manage implementation process from original set up to establishment of web enhanced service set up, vendor bank notification, tax account set up and oversee initial payroll cycles to ensure proper set up and maintenanceConduct client training on initial set up and ongoing usage of payroll system.Foster positive client rapport and ongoing relationship.Maintains a high rate of client retention through quality service.Keeps abreast of the payroll processing system and changes in wage and tax laws, and corresponds with federal, state and local tax agencies on behalf of our clients in problem situations. Additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.
