Payroll Coordinator
Petro, a division of Star Gas Partners is seeking a Full Time Payroll Coordinator to join our corporate team. This position is available immediately in our South Plainfield, New Jersey office.
Duties include:
* Collect, verify and process weekly payroll
* Human Resources
* Process Union Invoices
* Research Multi State Payroll Regulations
* Research and resolve employee payroll questions
Requirements:
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and also as part of a team effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 5 years payroll experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Experience working with ADP Enterprise EV4, Reportsmith and Timesaver is a plus
