Part-Time Production Clerk

Ellwood Associates is a leading institutional investment consulting firm located in downtown Chicago.  Ellwood Associates is a 36-person firm owned entirely by all of its employees.  This highly regarded entrepreneurial firm has a national client base of more than 110 clients with aggregate investment assets exceeding $30 billion.

 

We’re seeking a part-time production clerk to work afternoons 12pm – 5pm (later as needed) assisting in the collating and binding of client materials, serve as back-up to the receptionist, and provide general clerical support for the firm.

 Part-Time Production Clerk Responsibilities

·  Copying and binding of all client and marketing material.

·  Process outgoing mail (Fed-Ex, DHL, Envelopes/Labels) on a timely basis.

·  Maintain sufficient binding supplies and paper inventory.

·  Assist with the labeling, filing, and purging of files.

·  Assist with compiling and distributing company mailings and incoming faxes.

·  Serve as back-up to receptionist as required.

 Requirements

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor

·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, & Excel)

·  Ability to effectively work independently and within a team (reliable and dependable)

·  Strong attention to detail

·  Self motivated & takes initiative

·  Ability to operate standard office equipment (postage machine, printers/photocopiers, fax machine)
