Job DescriptionCollections Representative As a Collections  Representative, you can get on track and aim high with Chrysler Services.  This is the starting line.  The position of Collections Representative provides a wealth of professional skill development and can lead to advancement opportunities.  We provide the training and technology for you to succeed.   Collections Representative Responsibilities The position requires a high degree of job independence with success being defined primarily by collection results. Generate customer loyalty while supporting our financial services through a strong customer focus and promoting a commitment to excellence. Through telephone contact, be the name and face representing Chrysler. Advise customers on available payment alternatives, negotiate payment plans, and respond to customer inquiries. Manage customer accounts to ensure the collection of past due retail and lease financing of new and used vehicles sold at Chrysler Group franchised dealers. Use communication and analytical skills to provide mutually beneficial problem resolution.     Collections Representative Qualifications 2-5 years customer service or collection experience preferred but not required Able to use active listening skills, as well as, excellent verbal and written communication skills to achieve results.  Driven and motivated by a fast-paced environment and have a willingness to learn and be challenged by continual professional development. Thrive on cooperation and collaboration within a team as an enthusiastic individual contributor. Excellence is our goal – A commitment to excellence should be reflected academically and demonstrated through leadership experience. Schedule Wednesday through Friday-5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
