We provide information in relation to property inspections and property preservation to our clients who are commercial banks, savings banks, and mortgage companies. Over the last 35+ years, we have earned an exceptional reputation by being prompt, accurate, and thorough and by having an unparalleled dedication to customer service.  LPS has a new opening for an Oracle .Net Developer in the Information Technology group in Solon, Ohio. Responsibilities: Creation and maintenance of code; create tables; work with Oracle reporting tool. Develop software using a variety of languages and techniques. Review, design and code from specification documents. Test software to insure that it is free of bugs and meets the functionality specified in the documents. Work well under pressure; meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines. Reading and understanding specification documents.  Designing and coding of new reports, programs and other software and system components, designing and coding around existing software and testing of all code.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience. Proficient with the following database technologies: Oracle 9i or later, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle stored procedures, triggers, and packages. Create well-formed HTML when creating/modifying web pl/sql screens. Thoroughly understand relational databases and have the ability to design database structures that are logical, efficient, and properly normalized. Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, customers, clients, vendors, etc.  Understand business processes. Ability to interface with Business Analysts and resolve questions while designing and coding the software.  Good verbal and written communication skills.  Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills – able to meet deadlines.
