Opportunity To Grow! Leading Firm Needs A Receptionist - Up to $35K-$40K
Prestigious hedge fund firm is looking for a Receptionist with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to join their team! This is a great opportunity to work with a close-knit group of dynamic professionals in this exciting and highly visible role. Sky is the limit for growth opportunities in this position if you frequently produce a high level of results on all important projects. In this role, your daily priorities will include answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner, writing light correspondence to clients and faxing documents, greeting guests, typing up notes, screening incoming mail, and filing/copying paperwork.
Qualifications:
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Working knowledge of Lotus 1-2-3 and QuickBooks is a plus.
-Professional and resourceful phone demeanor.
-Some college education is preferred.
-2+ years experience in a similar Receptionist/Administrative support role.
-Self-starter that enjoys working with a diverse group of staff members.
