JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for processing many aspects of annuity and insurance transactions; Data input and record retention; Provide an interface to the product providers

 

JOB DUTIES

·         Complete daily tasks: receive, review and forward all documentation in a timely fashion to the product providers; Maintain accurate and complete records

·         Input and maintain databases pertaining to product line

·         Work with product providers to follow-up questions

·         Work with advisors aid with document submission

·         Identify intranet needs development

·         Miscellaneous projects as assigned

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·         Education:   These skills are acquired through the completion of high school, a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business, or related preferred.

·         Experience: 0 - 6 months experience preferred in a financial services capacity; Prior experience selling or processing annuities or insurance products preferred.

·         Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
