SGC offers access to a complete range of financial opportunities. Position Objective: To provide professional, high end service to our guests while promoting the Stanford brand. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates and Supervises activities of operational and support staff in branch office. Assists sales, administrative and operational support staff in resolving problems related to compliance and operational issues related to client accounts. Works with branch management and Corporate Operations to devise new systems to help the branch operations run efficiently and effectively. Acts as liaison between clearing service function and the branch to process all requests pertaining to client accounts such as opening and approving new accounts, transferring funds and securities between internal accounts, and resolving problems. Utilizing automated systems and tools for verifying all trades and account transactions. Maintaining processes in accordance with FINRA compliance regulations. Providing requested information for any internal or external audits.
