Operations Analyst (analyst to manager to Sr Manager level)
Make an impact in a key analyst role. Strong quant math modeling skills, good communications, and strong modeling skill sets. That will interact at a high level and make a big difference. Experience in Lean / Six Sigma efforts are a huge plus.

Basic Skill set needed for success:
* Bachelors Degree in Quant oriented fields: Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics with emphasis on problem solving and real-world applications of theory.
* Strong planning and organizational skills to build decision-making frameworks and make recommendations in an unstructured environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with and influence multiple levels of staff and management.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple, concurrent projects.
* Drive strategy by leveraging your analytical skills

* Be the client instead of serving the needs of a client
