Position: Outbound Call Center Representative (Open Items)

SUMMARY: Calls are made to Insurance Companies, Insurance Agencies, Agents, and borrowers to obtain insurance information and request premium. The system is updated based on the information received.


RESPONSIBILITIES: Shares accountability with the team for delivering service, and quality to clients. Quality and production standards must be met. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate customer service. Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Understanding and adherence to documented ZCS standard business practicesRequired Skills



REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in using a PC. A minimum of 5000 keystrokes per hour are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Analytical ability at a level sufficient to understand and resolve various issues that arise. Organizational skills Problem solving skills Ability to prioritize effectively and successfully complete multiple tasks within assigned deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced environmentRequired Experience



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent Prior telephone and/or online customer service representative experience is preferred.

Hours: 8-5pm
