This team also provides a single contact point for issue resolution and escalation. Excellent customer service and responsiveness are critical to this team’s foundation and success.The successful candidate will be responsible for: Direction and development of team members by providing coaching and feedback on performance Participation in recruiting and new associate orientation Preparation and delivery of performance reviews annually Collaboration with the other manager of this function to ensure consistency of service Support and escalation of service issues Preparation of management reports on results and trends Continuous review and improvement of processes and workflow management Participation in Office Services initiatives and projects as needed The Manager will develop and maintain effective relationships with the business areas, working closely with them to understand and support their requirements. In addition, the Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with our external vendors and working with our Purchasing and Accounting departments to ensure that invoices are processed in a timely manner.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have: Strong customer service orientation A minimum of three years recent management experience Effective management skills including, but not limited to leadership, associate recruiting, development and coaching, and setting direction for the team.
