Office Manager – Strong Salary + bonus

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced Boston investment firm as the Office Manager. Must be detail oriented, self directed and able to juggle multiple tasks at all times. Will review leases, manage vendor relationships and maintain all contracts. Must be highly organized, proactive and able to handle change maintenance. This role may involve the use of QuickBooks to manage the expense reporting process. The Office Manager will be responsible for office security including proprietary information, monitoring the space and working with building management.

 

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of experience. Must have previous experience with office management and administration. Exposure to facilities a huge plus. Candidates will be self directed, organized and very detail oriented.  Salary will be $65-75K plus bonus.
