Office Manager Hedge Fund Midtown

Office Manager with BACHELORS DEGREE, preferably out of FINANCIAL SERVICES will have a wide range of responsibilities and will interact with all levels of the Firm. Responsibilities will include handling all day to day facilities management as well as coordinating all interoffice moves, vendors, IT coordination, up keep of office space, and supervision of purchasing. The Office Manager will also be responsible for managing the reception area, Receptionists, Administrative staff and Facilities Coordinator in addition to coordinating firm events (i.e. summer picnic, holiday party, investment events, etc.).  Individual will be responsible for managing associated expenses and working closely with accounts payable.

  HOURS 8-6 with flexibiility. Full Paid Benefits, bonus, free lunch, GYM

MIDTOWN LOCATION

 

·         Bachelors Degree required

·         Minimum of 7-10 years of office management experience

·         Supervisory experience required

·         Strong management and attention to detail

·         Effective interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills

·         Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume environment

·         Excellent judgment and decision making skills

·         Self starter who requires little direction

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively at all level 

 

RequirementsCOLLEGE DEGREE. 7-8 years experience preferably out of financial services. Prior Facilities Management experience. Good references. Flexible for hours beyond 8-6 when involved with a project.
