Job Description:  Office Manager/Assistant for Private Equity Firm that invests in companies capitalizing on the US-Hispanic market.  Office is located in Downtown Fort Worth/Sundance Square.  Interested Individuals should be self-motivated, extremely organized and adept at prioritizing multiple responsibilities and tasks.  Spanish-speaking preferred as we deal with Hispanic companies frequently.  Applicants should have knowledge of Windows and Outlook, a flexible schedule, reliable transportation and a positive attitude.  

         

Primary Responsibilities:

·        General office duties including: answer telephones, filing, and scheduling meetings & appointments

·        Make travel arrangements

·        Investor communications

·        Compile and maintain various databases

·        Accounts payable & receivable

·        Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondences, including email and faxes

·        Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

 

Requirements:

·        College graduate

·        Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred

·        Strong Computer and Internet Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

·        Presentable and professional appearance
