We are looking for: Office Coordinator/Administrator
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Hours: This is a full-time exempt salaried position. Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 5:30am, Friday 7:30am - 11:30am
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Position Overview:
The primary function of the Office Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Envoy Financial and coordination for the daily operations of the ministry. This covers a wide range of duties integral to the daily operations of Envoy Financial.
Organization:
The Office Coordinator provides support directly to the Executive Director, who is responsible for oversight to all departments at Envoy Financial.
Non-negotiable Requirements:
* A Statement of Faith documenting a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
* A very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new technology easily
* 1 - 2 years of Office Management Support required* 1 - 2 years of Human Resources Administration experience strongly preferred
* 2 - 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience required
* 4 Year College degree required.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Works well in fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordination of Daily office management duties including:    - HR Administration    - Hiring    - Licensing    - Scheduling* Working closely with Executive Director to move all operations forward* Benefits administration* Assisting in managing ministry growth* Trainer to new hires * Assisting the Executive Director with all ministry leadership activities
