Paid training is provided to develop and enhance industry and product knowledge in order to effectively communicate and build credibility with brokers. The New Adviser Sales Representative is responsible for making proactive phone calls to brokers and financial planners to share sales ideas, provide product information, gather marketing data and offer sales support.
