Description:ResponsibilitiesIn this position, the majority of each shift is spent providing superior service to our customers and clients. Responsibilities include: Answering telephone calls from store associates requesting approval for new credit card accounts and voice authorizationsOffering related third party products to customersEntering information and processing new credit card applicationsUpdating customer accountsProviding prompt, friendly service by meeting department standards on call quality measurements This position requires second shift hours between Noon and 11:30pm.
