New Accounts Associate

Principal responsibilities include opening new accounts and inputting general maintenance information received by facsimile, mail, and Internet; performing data entry ("suiting") for new accounts; managing margin paperwork followup and issues; managing checkwriting and retirement application followup and problems; sorting and processing returned mail and making necessary address changes; and assuming additional responsibilities, as requested.



Requirements:Series 7 license, preferred Attention to detail that stands out as a top skill! An eye for process improvements and a passion for quality assurance Effective communication skills, both written and oral Exemplary phone skills Must be able to solve problems in an efficient and professional manner Working knowledge of Microsoft Office basics (Word, Excel)
