Network Analyst - IS Voice Projects

The Edward Jones Information Systems (IS) division is seeking a talented individual for a Network Analyst position. Duties include the configuration and implementation of enterprise-wide telephony-related systems. If you enjoy working in a team atmosphere and possess two or more years of experience in telecommunications and the configuration of network products and equipment, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for!Responsibilities Support the implementation of enterprise solutions for telephony, computer telephony integration, voice mail, and call recording. Function as part of a project team assisting with all areas of project implementation including, but not limited to implementation planning, design reviews, and the deployment of new technologies. Support teams and departments firmwide, troubleshoot problems with vendors, and provide ongoing technical support for the enterprise voice solution. Fulfill service level agreements including availability, performance, capacity, and security.Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related or telecommunications field or equivalent information systems experience. Two or more years of experience with telephony related systems. Experience in operations and maintenance of IP telephony systems and voicemail. Experience with Voice Response applications and computer telephony integration (CTI) is preferred. Practical experience with the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of industry leading vendor's solutions. Experience with creating documentation and using Microsoft Visio.
