Mutual Funds Correspondent/Service Associate

New York Life Investment Management LLC (NYLIM), an integrated asset management enterprise, is currently looking for Service Associates and Correspondent Associates to join our Parsippany, New Jersey office.

 

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing accurate, thorough and professional responses to shareholder inquiries concerning their mutual fund investments either via telephone or written letters.

 

To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in English, Liberal Arts, or Business or equivalent experience.Excellent writing and communication skills are a must.The selected candidates must also be detail oriented, have great problem solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.An interest in the financial industry is important.
