MUTUAL FUND OPERATIONS PROCESSOR - Andover & Franklin, MA

Excellent entry level career opportunity for anyone interested in pursing a career in Financial Services.  Responsible for interpreting, processing and conducting account transactions for all financial and non-financial requests received from clients to include Shareholder, Retirements, Broker Dealer, and Financial Advisor support.  Responsible for the quality of work, ensuring that the client?s needs are met and that Putnam?s policies and SEC regulations are met.
Specific Responsibilities include:
1. Provide service and support to Putnam?s shareholders, brokers and financial advisors, Receive inbound requests respond to client needs, Process requests through account set up, account correction, request processing and problem resolution
2. Provide product information and legal requirement, Build and maintain knowledge of Putnam products, services and procedural requirements, Assist in explaining procedures, Conduct follow through on requests
3. Special Projects, Participate in new hire training and specific product and system training as needed, Collaborate with internal resources to best service clients and meet quality standards

Candidate requirements:
1. Bachelor?s degree preferred
2. Solid understanding client service and attention to detail
3. Strong organizational skills.  Attention to detail and ability to work within time constraints is critical.
4. Strong PC/Internet skills
5. Strong quality orientation and detail skills
Minimum two (2) years experience working with account transactions
