Mortgage Loan Originator - Peoria, Illinois

We currently have an opening for a Mortgage Loan Originator in our Peoria Branch.  A successful Mortgage Loan Originator within our company will be a sales oriented professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career assisting clients with their dream of home ownership and/or refinancing.  We are a step ahead of the competition by offering training, regular staff meetings and sales leads provided through our on-site outbound telemarketing department.

 

We are a licensed Mortgage Banker that was established in 1993. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded across the Midwest bringing together over 100 employees in more than 20 locations. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to extraordinary customer care and building long lasting relationships.

 

Specific job responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Develop and maintain relationships with clients as well as referral sourcesAssist clients in choosing mortgage-related products and services best suited for their needsProvide excellent customer service to clients as well as prospectsStay involved in the mortgage process and develop a strong product knowledge base

 

Requirements: 1-2 years sales or mortgage industry experience is required.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred – High school or equivalent required!PC proficiency, MS Word, Excel and Outlook preferredExcellent communication skills along with strong attention to details Demonstrated organizational skillsWillingness to network and present a positive “can-do� attitudeSense of teamwork and commitment to outstanding customer serviceMust be able to document your previous performance
