Marketing Manager - Retention
The ultimate purpose of the Retention Marketing Manager is to increase retention and renewal rates across all product lines and services provided.Some of the responsibilities of the Retention Marketing Manager include: Provide thorough knowledge and understanding of the state of the market, competitors and alternatives. Generate market insights from front line agents, customers, competitors and contractors. Identify and share with stakeholders (such as Customer Service, Outbound, SVPs) key market, customer and competitor insights. Manage a competitor database and regularly distribute relevant insights to all stakeholders Monitor retention performance for each product identifying trends as soon as they are evident. In collaboration with the SVP Customer Service and SVP Marketing, set a clear vision for the retention action plan and the budget to deliver it. Collaborate with the Marketing Managers for each product to develop the right retention plan for the products Develop new creatives for all channels which improve response and retention rates among existing customer segments. During the course of the year, update the sales and marketing activity plan and financial forecast to reflect our client's changing priorities. Work with the SVP Customer Service and SVP Marketing to gain approval for any changes. Liaise with other Marketing Managers to ensure that sales and contact opportunities are being optimised, i.e. the right products are being sold/offers are being made to the right customers at the right time.Who we're looking forThe qualified Retention Marketing Manager will have at least 2 years of retention marketing experience.
