Marketing Assistant (Investment Advisor)

Investment Advisor needs Marketing Assistant to support  two Marketing Vice President’s.

 

Responsible for client servicing, which involves: new account documents, account maintenance, special projects, preparation of marketing/prospecting presentations. Additional duties include:  Phone coverage, correspondence, quarterly statements, Database maintenance, travel arrangements, expenses reports, and calendar.

 

Excellent office/computer skills required including: Microsoft Office, Outlook

Excel, Word.

 

Exposure to all aspects of asset management.College educated a plus1 - 3 years industry and related experience a plusCandidate must possess strong skills in organization and written/oral communications.Should be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and be a team player.
