Manger Finance, IT Internal Audit

Manages the planning and direction of departmental projects for assigned area. Hands on role managing the planning, execution and reporting of Information Technology General Control reviews, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application control reviews and integrated business process reviews with business and IT audit team. 7 years related experience.Position Responsibilities Assist in development of the annual audit plan to ensure adequate coverage of Information Technology risks. Ability to define vision and scope of projects and then translate into detailed project plans and deliverables. Work as a member of the team to appropriately plan and execute each review in accordance with the department's policies and procedures and to appropriately provide written findings from Internal Audit's work. Manage multiple, complex Information Technology review engagements, monitoring and taking accountability for the reviews progress. Demonstrate strong competencies in areas of Information Technology General Control process areas, including (but not limited to): Access Administration, Systems Development Lifecycle and Change Management, Production Environment Access Control and Computer/Datacenter Operations. Experience in the following infrastructure technologies a plus: UNIX, Mainframe, AS/400, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Oracle Databases and Network Infrastructure. Manage the evaluation of the design and operating effectiveness of systemic/automated and manual process controls in ERP systems. Experience in the following ERP packages a plus: SAP, PeopleSoft HRMS, and Oracle Financials. Identify business and technology risks and recommend appropriate controls based on risk level, business requirements, and feasibility of implementation. Recommend controls will come from both a systemic (configuration, security, reporting) and manual (policies, processes, procedures) nature. Ability to effectively 'translate' technology issues into business risks and impacts. Continuously seek and identify organizational risk and recommend opportunities for Internal Audit to assist in risk mitigation activities. Prepare and deliver effective communications, oral and written, in a clear and concise manner at middle and senior levels of management. Review and deliver work at the highest level of quality to ensure department and professional standards are maintained with all identified issues adequately addressed. Develop effective relationships with client management. Demonstrate strong competencies in areas of project management, relationship building, and all aspects of engagement delivery. Develop Team members' oral and written communication skills Drives teamwork through consensus. Challenge Team members' to seek out new ideas and attain Team goals. Coach/mentor/develop Team members to perform at a higher level by giving opportunities, providing timely feedback, and establishing goals. Accountable for training new hires. Contributes to Team integrity by working for the good of the whole.Position Qualifications Undergraduate degree, with emphasis in Business Management, Information Technology, or other related fields. 7 or more years of Information Technology Auditing, Information Technology consulting, general Information Technology experience and/or Public Accounting experience. ERP application and business process experience, in an implementation or auditing role is desired. SAP experience is a plus but not required. Must be customer service oriented and be accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements. CISA, CIA, MBA or other applicable professional certifications or candidates for certification desired. Personal computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Office products. Excellent analytical, project management, interpersonal, change management, and communication skills (written, oral and listening). Experienced in leading multiple teams concurrently. Broad knowledge of key and emerging business technologies; Ability to learn new technologies quickly; Process focused. Strong customer service attitude; Team player; Strong desire for knowledge; Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic changing environment.
