This position gives you the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business including: sales, merchandising, inventory control, profit and loss, collections procedures, and personnel management. A strong Manager Trainee can advance into the GM position in as little as 6-18 months! Manager Trainees earn a competitive base salary and are eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses, as well as commission on every sale!
