Job Description:The Manager Accounting & Reporting position supports the preparation, documentation, consolidation and analysis of AXA IFRS financial reporting submitted to AXA. Specific responsibilities include the following: Support the submission of financial reporting of actual results to AXA Group for AXA Equitable.Assist in the review of AXA reporting instructions and developing necessary processes and timetables including the identification, communication and coordination of AXA reporting requirements to all AXA Equitable areas .Maintenance of the AXA Equitable reporting systems environment to support AXA reporting requirements.Review, analysis and reconciliation of key Magnitude (AXA consolidation tool) reports. Response to and resolution of AXA Group questions on consolidated financial information. Assist in the coordination of PwC audit requirements on AXA submissions.Support the maintenance and testing of the control environment over the compilation, submission and processing of data through Magnitude and Nautilus to AXA in accordance with SOX and AXA Group requirements

Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of public/private accounting and/or internal audit experience with exposure to consolidations and financial reporting a plus Technically proficient with functionality provided by both large and small computerized applications including Microsoft Excel and general ledger platforms. Self-driven, self-motivated, independent, organized, analytical, and deadline conscious. Strong team-building skills - the individual must work closely and effectively with various levels of management within Controllers, Expense Management, and Treasurers. Good communicator, with strong professional presence and interpersonal skills
