Job Description:Environment: This individual works alongside a team representing life product design who in turn work very closely with the Product Managers, who make sure the product is implemented, and the actuaries who price the product. Key internal and external factors that have strong influence are: the life product marketplace, the regulatory environment, and the demands from our third party brokers as well as AXA Advisors. Assist in the design of new life insurance productsAssist in the design of new Advanced Sales Concepts in AEGIS software and also help quality control the accuracy of the numbers after the concept is programmedAnswer question about life products from the field and wholesalersIn conjunction with the Law Department, writing letters on occasion to clients addressing questions or concerns they may have with certain provisions in their life insurance policy or with sales illustrations that have been presented to themSupport the Marketing Department in the development of life product marketing materialsHelp resolve legal and compliance issues relative to life insurance (e.g., provide input on suitability issues for prospects, disclosure on marketing materials and sales illustrations)Help develop training materials for producers and wholesalers when new life products are introduced and sometimes participate in training meetings on our life productsAssist in the drafting of life insurance policy forms and variable life prospectuses

Job Requirements: 10+ years life insurance experience Knowledge of life products and advanced sales conceptsAbility to develop strong relationships across departmentsAbility to work with wholesalers and producers to understand their needs and needs of their clientsExperience in life insurance sales
