Provide support to the Licensing & Appointment COE processing reps through the identification, sorting, and distribution of mail and faxes to the Licensing Team members. Tracking and maintaining accurate mail receipt counts on a weekly basis. Updating agent/agency expiration dates on producer administrative system. This includes working with large data reports and verifying information on state websites. Working in a team environment and willingly acting as back up for other team processes. Working on department projects as time allows. Need to be able to maintain a minimum of the set standard production requirements and accuracy levels. Interpret and apply concepts based on company policies and procedures as well as state regulations. Adherence to company attendance policy. Work schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Working knowledge of a PC and Microsoft Office products. Good organizational skills and ability to multi task and adapt in a changing work environment. Basic business communication skills for working with both internal external customers. Familiarity working with printers and fax machines.
