DescriptionLearning Services Intern The Learning Services Intern works in the Learning Services team within the HR Department at Reznick Group. This person will provide assistance to the members of the team to prepare and format materials, handbooks and manuals, run/prepare/format reports, and other documents according to firm guidelines. The Learning Intern will spend approximately 75% of his/her time on project based work. The remainder of time will be spent on administrative tasks and functions to support the Learning Services as applicable. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Performs those tasks necessary to ensure accuracy, using spell check and grammar check to correct grammar and spelling * Checks work to ensure proper positioning of headers and footers on documents, standard font type and size and accurate formatting of document * Locates and attaches appropriate file(s) or information to correspondence * Organizes and maintains electronic file system * Files correspondence in books and project files, and files other records and materials as required * Assists in research, information gathering data compilation related to course development * Assists in capturing screen shots and video demonstrations for course development * Produces CD's/DVD's with electronic files for onsite production * Coordinates production of content and executes shipment and delivery of documents and produced materials to offices * Coordinates and assists in creating electronic files for all learning service materials * Assists in the delivery and shipment of firm-sponsored materials for national and local events * Support Learning Services team in administrative and other team-based and department based events and projects Skills * Ability to work effectively with other administrative staff and all levels of management. * Ability to maintain professional behavior in dealing with all members of staff. * Ability to read, interpret and assist in writing documents * Ability to produce letters, reports, manuscripts, proposals or other straight-copy material from rough draft to final form * Ability to speak and communicate effectively to team * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form * Ability to write clearly and concisely Submitting a resume online at a job site could cause valuable screening information to be missed.Please apply directly at: http://hostedjobs.openhire.com/epostings/jobs/submit.cfm?fuseaction=dspjob&jobid=277053&company_id=15834&jobboardid=24 We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
