Renowned private equity firm needs an Administrative Assistant with a high caliber of support experience to join this fantastic Westside firm! Hit the ground running in this role as you work with some of the industry’s top professionals to manage essential support duties. This is a phenomenal opportunity to use your strong administrative skillset and work with a firm that recognizes and rewards top talent.

 

General duties in this position include updating a main office calendar to reflect scheduled meetings and project due dates, coordinating the logistics of large scale meetings, creating and updating key business documents, contacting vendors to reorder office supplies, and routing all incoming calls to the appropriate individual(s). Additionally, you will communicate frequently with an amazing off-site team to handle some exciting projects.

 

Qualifications

-4 years of excellent support experience. Direct experience in a corporate environment is highly preferred.

-Capable of working independently to complete projects by set due dates.

-Comfortable handling a high level of responsibility on all short and long-term assignments.

-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

-College degree required.
