JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for providing supervisory support and direction to seasonal and regular associates charged with supporting all US Tax districts assigned to the Administrative Center (AC). The Lead Supervisor will provide staff oversight to insure that all charged tasks are accomplished within set timelines and all activities meet defined quality standards.
The Lead Supervisor will be responsible for one more the following areas: bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll bookkeeping, client services or Rapid Refund Services.
JOB DUTIESDaily management of an associate team charged with providing direct district support for various bookkeeping and client relations tasks. This will include being the primary point of contact for team members regarding various associate issues.Provide necessary hands-on and classroom based training, assisting with the development of various training materials related to associate development.Responsible for handling team scheduling and insuring there is always proper staff coverage to meet all defined service level metrics.Responsible for the successful execution of all team assigned process activities and for meeting team process/project deadlines.Perform at a high proficiency level all team processing tasks and possess a willingness to perform all team assigned tasks as needed.Serve as a liaison between their assigned team and AC Managers.Represent the AC in a professional and client focused voice to all AC clients.Provide feedback to AC Managers regarding potential changes to existing processes and/or procedures that could result in AC efficiency gains.Responsible for insuring proper downstream communication of any AC initiatives, process changes or assigned deadlines to all assigned team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTSThese skills are acquired through completion of an Associates degree in business administration, marketing, finance, communications or through related equivalent work experience.Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.Be computer proficient, especially with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, etc…).Ability to work successfully independently and within a team framework.Ability to consistently manage and meet multiple concurrent deadlines and project activities.Possess an analytical, detail-oriented and problem solving approach to assigned activities.Must possess strong organization, prioritization and time management skills.
