Investment Portfolio Administrator
Round Table Services, LLC seeks a full-time, multi-faceted individual to engage in a range of activities in support of our Investment Team. This analytical thinker must be highly experienced in working with Advent/Axys and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.Â
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Daily download of transactions, prices, and positions from various interfaces into Advent Axys- Daily account reconciliation- Client statement compilation and mailings- Preparing quarterly investment reports- Assisting management with special projects- Mastering technology and developing procedural efficiencies to enrich the proposal, portfolio management and research processes
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills and abilities:- Proven knowledge of portfolio accounting (Advent Axys)- Exceptional attention to detail- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; must be able to interact professionally with high net worth clients and institutions- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines- Ability to work cooperatively in a team as well as independently- Self motivated with an accomplishment-driven attitude
Education and work experience must meet the following requirements:- 2+ years full-time investment industry experience- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in Finance or Accounting
