Investment Management Specialist I
This is a Part Time 20 hour per week position.Performs specialized administrative tasks in business development department of TD Banknorth Wealth Management. Performs a variety of functions related to department activities, such as preparing and checking documents, resolving customer service issues, maintaining databases, creating reports, preparing presentation and proposal materials, coordinating mailings, maintaining files, performing basic research, coordinating internal communications and providing general clerical support. Ensures that work, as, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policiesRequirements: High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 3-4 years general higher-level administrative experience with 1-2 of those years in banking, financial services or other related field. Accounting experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Organizational skills.
