Investment Banking Analyst/Associate

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Analyst or Associate to join a global investment bank and a leader within the shipping and energy sector.  

Candidates will be required to develop extensive knowledge of the firm’s service offering and the energy industry.  In this role, the Analyst or Associate will:
Prepare comparable company and comparable transaction analyses.Complete and ensure the accuracy and quality of the financial modeling necessary to analyze the operating and financial performance of companies.  Models will include discounted cash flow analysis, accretion / dilution analysis, leveraged buy-out, project financing, forecasting (IS, BS, CF), financial statement / ratio analysis.Assist in the preparation of all client and pitch presentations.Performing detailed client due diligence.Interact professionally with potential clients.
In selecting candidates, we look for well-rounded individuals with outstanding academic records, proven analytical skills and a variety of extracurricular activities.  Specific requirements are as follows:
2 to 5 years experience in investment banking;Bachelor’s degree from a top institution;Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills;Demonstrated interest finance and capital markets;Experience with the energy industry a plus.
