Job description:
The investment analyst will work primarily with the firm’s research team. Specific duties fall into three major categories: investment manager research, asset allocation modeling and research, and the enhancement of technology and systems to support those efforts.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Financial, investment, and/or strong quantitative background (e.g. Finance, Economics Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) preferred 1-3 years of relevant work experience Broad familiarity with investment issues in public equities, fixed income, real estate and derivatives Familiarity with statistics through multiple linear regression Experience with databases and database development. Familiarity with SQL and database software packages including Microsoft Access Object oriented programming experience, particularly visual basic or VBA (visual basic for applications) Track record of demonstrated proactive creative problem solving skills Demonstrated progress toward Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred
