Internet Security Engineer (Firewall) Description Description:Job Summary and Mission:The Internet Security Engineer will be prt of the Firewall Technologies (Global) team and will be responsible for the engineering of the network security product set. Key Responsibilities:- The engineering of the core firewall product set, with a primary focus on Juniper Netscreen firewalls. - The research & analysis into new firewalling technologies, such as Application Level Gateways, with a focus on the introduction of relevant technology to meet business requirements - General engineering consultancy to support Service Delivery & Project Office driven initiatives - Design and architect solutions related to security, including intrusion detection and prevention, remote access, caching, firewalls, encryption, AAA, PKI, and vulnerability management. - The research & analysis into new security technologies with a focus on the introduction of relevant technology to meet global business requirementsQualifications:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field- 3 + years in an information security related field (work performed within a large enterprise environment is preferred) - relevant professional qualification (CCSP, CISSP highly preferred, SANS GIAC - GSEC etc.) an advantage- Good Project Management & Presentation skills- The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently- Excellent oral/written communication skills - Ability to work with business operations and technical staff at multiple levels - Experience developing and implementing security solutions for global Financial firms - Excellent Firewall basics knowledge- DMZ architectures and Remote Access solutions- Good LB and caching experience- AAA knowledge - ACS; Radius; TACACS; RSASalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceWe can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.Job Location: Weehawken (Home Office), NJJob Number: RUSAUBS247-616294Company URL: http://www.ubs.com/Company Profile:UBS is a leading global financial services firm.
