Position Description:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):* Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of suspense, disbursements and or clearing accounts, which involves various interacting systems.* Identify discrepancies and take action to balance accounts.* Daily monitoring and review of accounts. * Perform account analysis and research problems as required.* Understand account inputs and related outputs to insure accuracy and proper account usage.* Other duties as assigned.Basic:* Sophomore/Junior/Senior College Student* Some accounting knowledge* Good communication and organizational skills.* Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.* Good analytical and business problem solving skills. * Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Preferred:* Prior accounting experience.* Advanced PC Skills: Microsoft Access and Excel.
