Through the Reserve Agent Program, Farmers is proficient at training and retaining agents because we offer the chance to discover if this career path is right for you without initially giving up your current employment. The Reserve Agent Program can be completed successfully on a flex-time basis for appointment into the full-time Career Agent Program. During the Career Agent Program, training continues for the first two years. In addition to your sales commissions, Farmers will assist you financially on a monthly basis as long as you meet minimum performance standards.
