Inside Sales Representatives – No Cold Calling

Base Salary plus Incentives and Full Benefits



 

Our client provides financial products and services designed to help consumers get (and stay out of debt).  With current consumer debt levels at an all-time high, there is an overwhelming need for our client’s services creating a great opportunity to earn a lucrative income while helping others.

 

Our client’s Sales Team members perform inside sales responsibilities from the comfort and convenience of their home offices (following their 5 week paid training in Charlotte, NC).These sales team members provide guidance to existing customers who are struggling to continue making payments on an existing program.  Through in- and out-bound calls, you will analyze customer's situations and/or issues, and recommend a solution that will enable him/her to continue to regain financial stability. 

 

Qualifications for this position include: College degree (or additional related sales experience)Minimum of 2 years of related experience, including a minimum of 1 years of inside sales experience (including sales quotas) Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas Outstanding communication skills Computer skills Working knowledge of sales and sales tools High speed internet connection Home office space (private, quiet setting free of interruptions) Phone line to be used during work schedule (only requires local calling, no long distance or charges) Knowledge of budgeting, credit scores, etc., preferred Ability to work afternoon/evening schedule and/or Saturday or Sunday (with another day off during the week) Ability to attend training in Charlotte for 5 weeks (M-F, 9 to 6) beginning in late August

Compensation and Benefits:

· Base Salary ($30K to $35K based on experience)

· Total 1st year income potential of $60K-$80K
