This is an inside sales role and requires office attendance. Position location will be contingent on candidate selected and will be either Dallas TX or St. Louis MO area.   Primary Responsibilities:·  Identify, develop and maintain business-aligned accounts within assigned market that possess incremental production and CMI CRA opportunities.  This  includes contact  with multiple contacts at the Seller's office to promote use of CMIs programs and products. · Carryout opportunity assessment. Possess both sales and analytical skills necessary to gather, interpret and use market intelligence in understanding customer needs, challenges and opportunities. · Prioritize time based on account alignment and opportunity · Capacity to pre-screen prospect list against ability to deliver in accordance with current channel production and performance standards. · Penetrate and gain increase market share within overall account base. Ensure account base aligns with Citi’s priorities. · Proactively communicate on a daily basis with accounts to generate volume and resolve issues.  Generate, distribute, and maintain Sales Plans of Action (SPOA's) as applicable. · Participate with sales management to support development and implementation of account specific strategic plans. · Prospecting and management of outstanding applications and/or nominations for customer approval · Interfacing with internal departments and functional areas to insure consistent service levels as well as to communicate policy/process issues at the direction of the RM and/or DM. · Diagnose and resolve individual and escalated loan transaction issues by collaborating with various functional areas such as Client Relations, Underwriting,Intermediary Management, and Pre-Purchase. · Review, manage, and report critical aspects of relationship involving customer performance via consistent and frequent data review Customer Performance Profiles, Outstanding Receivables, Unendorsed Report, OTC Aging Report). · Attend local industry conferences, industry roundtables, and CMI sales meetings as approved by management. . · Work in conjunction with other CitiGroup / CitiMortgage companies for lead generation and follow up to maximize cross division / company sales opportunities.    Qualification: · Proven sales skills:  Proven experience in using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of  mortgage products/services from client   prospects.  Strong phone skills required. · Computer skills in Work, Excel, PowerPoint, preferred. · Thorough understanding of mortgage originations and loan pricing.  Individual must have excellent communication, persuasion and sales knowledge and abilities.  Candidate   preferably to live within the applicable market area.   Self motivated individual who is responsible for attaining monthly / annual volume and sales performance goals.
