Informatica Developer
Our San Antonio is seeking to fill an Informatica ETL Developer. This is a 6+ month contract.
Preferences: Data Management EDW Call Center Management Analytics project needs experienced Informatica ETL (at least 5 years) and UNIX developer. Prefer resource familiar with SDL processes and data as immediate progress is required.
About the Project: The purpose of the project is to automate and improve the timeliness and accuracy of reporting activities associated with call, schedule and referral metrics for the Contact Center. Deliverables this resource will assist with are extracting source data from the following systems: Call Center Scheduling (IEX), Call Center Management System (CMS), Call Quality (ACM), People Services / HR (Peoplesoft) and Referral (Epiphany). The data will be loaded into an EDW Data Collections area and data mart. Additionally, data load processes, controls, and associated reconciliation processes will be built utilizing the Informatica tool.
