The Position


You will be an integral part of the company’s management team and will be involved in many aspects of the company’s business. You will manage the team that processes the closings of all transactions. This requires direct communications with our clients, including contract negotiations. You will be responsible for managing the regulatory compliance needs of the company and state licensure procedures. You will also be responsible for general corporate legal matters.


New York board certification is required, with at least 2 years experience. Experience in insurance law, specifically life insurance law, trusts and estates, or regulatory compliance, will be to your advantage.
