ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
♦ Design and implement network computer systems.
♦ Work with Developers and Business units to ensure network best practices are understood and followed.
♦ Install/relocate/repair desktop hardware and software.
♦ Coordinate new equipment and new software installations.
♦ Collect and report data and inventories significant to projects in CTS.
♦ Set up workstation configurations and troubleshoot applications and peripherals.
♦ Respond and update Help Desk tickets as assigned.
♦ Responsible for software updates and application rollouts as needed.
♦ Update documentation as required.
♦ Inventories and organizes equipment and parts.
♦ Provides local Server hardware and networking software support.
♦ Provides local Network hardware and networking software support.

Education/Experience
♦ Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year college or university; and one to two years server administration related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
