INSURANCE & FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER

Farmers Insurance is expanding in Utah and we are seeking to add some energetic sales-oriented professionals to our Insurance and Financial Services Manager training program.

 

Our first year recruits make $40k - $50 with a potential of $100K plus after a few years. We have some people making over $500,000 a year!

 

We subsidize new Representatives and provide shared office space, staff, and other training and support required to be successful.

 

New Representatives complete a two year company paid career program.  In addition to salary support, Farmers provides financial compensation for staffing, marketing and office leasing to help you establish and build your business.

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

Be willing to complete a training program including insurance licensing requirements

Be able to pass a criminal and financial background check

Have a stable work history

Previous sales or management experience is a plus

 

Preferred Skills:

 

Specifically, we are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and great time management skills. Someone who would like to move from a “job� to being a “business owner� with desires of earning six figure income.

Our ideal candidate needs to have a genuine concern for other people and willingness to build long term client relationships.

Ultimately, someone with an understanding that only commitment and hard work will bring about these rewards.

 

 

As a Financial Services Manager you will be distributing Farmers extensive line of Property & Casualty and Life products.  Compensation will be based on first –year and renewal commissions with a generous production bonus arrangement. So your efforts today will pay commission year after year with client renewals.  In addition, you have the ability to build equity in your business, or “contract valueâ€� which can be passed on to an immediate family member or sold back to the company.
