This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic organization with excellent benefits!! Responsibilities: Maintaining and entering employee information into the HRIS system. Handling daily, monthly and annual reporting company wide. Communicate effectively with hiring managers and employees. Handle new hire orientation along with preparing offer letters and other needed new hire paperwork. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented and able to handle a fast paced environment Candidate must possess excellent communication skills along with strong systems experience BA required A MINIMUM of 2 solid years of HR experience required and a focus on HRIS/Compensation a PLUS!55K plus fantastic benefits!
